Ambassador Programme
This Ambassador Agreement constitutes an agreement (this "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions governing the ambassador programme (hereinafter referred to as the "Ambassador Programme"), by and between LONGEVITY CARD LTD, a Private limited Company whose principal place of business is 85 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 7LT ("Company") and the private individual, private limited company, public limited company, or other business entity executing this Agreement ("Ambassador"), who refer new customers or users (hereinafter referred to as the "Referred Customers") to the Company's products or services. This Agreement is effective as of the date Customer clicks the “SUBMIT” button on https://www.longevity.cards/ambassadors (the "Effective Date").
EACH PARTY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT HAS READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTANDS IT, AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS, AND THAT THE PERSON SIGNING ON ITS BEHALF HAS BEEN AUTHORIZED TO DO SO. THE PERSON EXECUTING THIS AGREEMENT ON AMBASSADOR’S BEHALF REPRESENTS THAT HE OR SHE HAS THE AUTHORITY TO BIND AMBASSADOR TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Annex 1 to Ambassador Programme
1. Definitions
a. Ambassador Programme: Means the Company’s Ambassador Programme which is provided under the terms of this Agreement.
b. Ambassador Programme Terms: Means the terms and conditions of the Ambassador Programme located at https://www.longevity.cards/ambassadors (also “One pager”, “Teaser”) which are provided under the terms of this Agreement. Ambassador Programme Terms are subject to change and/or discontinuance by the Company notice to Ambassadors via Ambassador personal cabinet or via email that was provided by Ambassador in completed form on https://www.longevity.cards/ambassadors.
c. Ambassadors: Means individuals, legal entities, or organisations (their authorized representatives) that have legal capacity and the authority to enter into the Ambassador Programme.
d. Exclusive Benefits: Means discounts, credits, cash incentives or other benefits that could be received by following the Ambassador Programme.
e. Ambassador Reward: Means 100 Longevity Points (1 point equals 1 pence) that can be received by Ambassadors for every Referred Customer registered an account in Longevity Card by using Ambassador’s unique referral link.
f. Qualifying action: Means any action or inaction (in a certain period of time) that is provided in the ambassador programme (on https://www.longevity.cards/ambassadors), the fact of which implementation means the accrual or receipt of certain Exclusive Benefits or Ambassador Rewards.
2. Referral Eligibility
a. Ambassadors must be those who fill-in the form and submit the application on https://www.longevity.cards/ambassadors.
b. Ambassadors must be of legal age of 18 or over (for individuals) and have the legal capacity to participate in the Ambassador Programme.
c. Ambassadors and the Company are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between the parties.
3. Referral Process
a. Ambassadors in the Longevity Card personal cabinet have an unique referral link;
b. Ambassadors can refer potential referred Customers by sharing their unique referral link;
c. Referred Customers must use the Ambassador's unique referral link during the sign-up or purchase process to qualify for the referral;
d. Ambassadors may not refer to themselves or create multiple accounts to benefit from the Ambassador Programme;
e. Any referred Customer that fills-in the form and submit the application on https://www.longevity.cards/ambassadors will be converted into the Ambassadors and can use the Ambassador Programme.
4. Ambassador Rewards
a. The Company may provide Exclusive Benefits or rewards ("Ambassador Rewards") to Ambassadors for successful referrals.
b. The specific Exclusive Benefits, Ambassador Rewards or other benefits, will be determined by the Company and may be subject to change without prior notice.
c. The Ambassador Programme may also specify the period when the Exclusive Benefits or Ambassador Rewards will be accrued. If the period for which discounts, credits, cash incentives, or other benefits should be charged or transferred is not defined, such a period is generally defined as 7 working days from the moment any Qualifying action is completed.
d. Exclusive Benefits or Ambassador Rewards are only earned if the Referred Customer or user completes a Qualifying action, such as making a purchase or meeting specific requirements (sign-up etc.) determined by the Company in the Ambassador Programme.
e. The Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel Exclusive Benefits or rewards if any fraudulent or deceptive activities are detected.
5. Limitations and Exclusions
a. Exclusive Benefits or rewards may have limitations, such as expiration dates, usage restrictions, or minimum purchase requirements, which will be communicated by the Company.
b. Ambassadors are responsible for any taxes or liabilities associated with the Exclusive Benefits or rewards received.
6. Modification or Termination
a. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Programme or these terms and conditions by 7 working days prior notice.
b.Continued participation in the Ambassador Programme after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended Agreement. Acceptance also means the Ambassador's taking any conclusive action to the Ambassador Programme.
c. Any modifications to the Exclusive Benefits or rewards will not affect Ambassadors that have already qualified for and earned their rewards.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
a. Ambassadors acknowledge and agree that the Company may collect and process personal information and data provided during the referral process in accordance with its Privacy Policy - https://www.longevity.cards/privacy-policy.
b. The Company will use Ambassadors' personal information for the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
a. The Company makes no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, regarding the Ambassador Programme, including but not limited to the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the referral tracking system or the Exclusive Benefits or Ambassador rewards.
b. Ambassadors participate in the Ambassador Programme at their own risk. The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses or expenses arising from the Ambassador Programme.
c. Except to the extent set forth in the Agreement, AMBASSADOR ACCEPTS THE AMBASSADOR PROGRAMME TERMS WITH NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING FROM STATUTE, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING: (a) COMPANY HAS NO OBLIGATION TO INDEMNIFY OR DEFEND AMBASSADOR AGAINST CLAIMS RELATED TO INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY; (b) COMPANY DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE AMBASSADOR PROGRAMME WILL PERFORM WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR.
d. Ambassadors guarantee that they will not use their unique referral link for the purpose of discrediting and/or harming the Company, as well as for the purpose of spamming and/or any other similar actions that may discredit the Company.
9. Compliance with Laws
a. Ambassadors shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines while participating in the Ambassador Programme, including but not limited to anti-spam laws (such as GDPR) and regulations.
b. The Company reserves the right to investigate and void any referrals that are deemed fraudulent, including but not limited to referrals made by automated systems, bots, or fraudulent accounts.
c. Ambassadors found to be engaged in fraudulent activities, including the creation of fake accounts or misleading referrals, may be disqualified from the Ambassador Programme and may be subject to legal action.
10. Intellectual Property and Other Rights
a. Ambassadors acknowledges and agrees that no license is granted under this Agreement to use or access any Company products, any of Company proprietary technologies embodied therein, or any data, information or other content provided thereby. As between the Ambassadors and Company retains all rights, titles and interest in and to the Company products and all technology, data, information or other content embodied therein or provided thereby, as well as any intellectual property rights or similar rights in connection therewith Ambassadors acknowledges that Ambassadors neither owns nor acquires any rights in or to the Company products.
11. Indemnification
a. Ambassadors agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to their participation in the Ambassador Programme.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Annex 1 to Ambassador Ppogramme
In the Longevity Card personal cabinet, each of our Ambassadors has a unique referral link.
If a potential referred Customer registers an account in Longevity Club / Longevity Card, the Ambassador who has shared his unique referral link with the potential referred Customer receives 100 Longevity Points (1 point equals 1 pence) as an Ambassador Reward.
The points will be added to the Ambassador’s account within 7 working days and can be used in the Longevity Club / Longevity Card (https://www.longevity.group, https://www.longevity.cards).
Using this Ambassador Programme, the user automatically agrees with the existing Ambassador Agreement and Ambassador Programme Terms on the https://www.longevity.cards/ambassadors.
